Really close to Old Québec, which made exploring downtown super easy. The rooms were spotless, and it was my baby’s first hotel stay — such a special memory for us. The pool area was definitely the highlight, and my daughter loved seeing the little bird with its eggs. So cute and family-friendly!
Our stay was good. The bed and room was clean. Although the pool was warm and the hot tub was cold at the time. I wish there was a vault and microwave though.
We booked this hotel because of the pool area, and it did not disappoint. The pool was clean, quiet and warm. The hot tub was great, and I loved the little waterfall. The greenery and the birds add such a wonderful touch. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were pretty comfortable. I would have liked a bathtub, but our room was only equipped with a shower. Pressure wasn't great, but at least there was hot water. Will most definitely return.
Room was spacious, clean, quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. One suggestion, I was SO looking forward to using the pool, but it was busy up until 10:00pm. ( Small pool, lots of kids, that's ok, but wasn't able to get in at all.) Could you please have an adult swim for even half an hour in the whole day? If so, we will return .. It is a great spot for young families!
Nice and affordable with today’s prices. I have to say it was just my luck with the great staff,I can remember a lady by the name of Emily who was awesome and the gentleman overnight (Claudio) absolutel rock stars. The housekeeping staff was amazing as well. The only gripe I have was with the pool which was kind of way too hot two of the days we were there. Overall I enjoyed our stay
Room was clean but with the type of curtain it had and being the room on the first floor right above the entrance of the hotel, it felt like not much privacy. Service during check in and check out was ok. Employees were nice. Location is good also, close to the highway, a few restaurants nearby and not too far from the city. Overall it was a good stay but the only thing missing was breakfast.
The hotel is 15 minutes drive from the old city but is not an issue if you have your own vehicle, you can also book an Uber online which will only cost around $15-20 (depends what time and day it is). It is quiet even though it’s along the busy street. Some stores and restaurants are just walking distance which is really convenient. Even the hotel has got their own bar and restaurant just beside the main entrance. Tim Hortons is just across the road for someone like me who likes their coffee in the morning. The hotel’s has got an indoor pool but their wifi is a bit slow signal. Overall, the hotel is quite nice to stay in, the price is reasonable too.
